The Practice includes supervision of privatization implementation, coordination with the relevant government bodies, structuring of the privatization process, drafting of all documents relating to the privatization, including bidding rules, legal administration of the process and formulation of strategic plans and timetables to achieve the desired goals.

Our experience in this area also includes the representation of governmental entities as well as private parties bidding for assets in the privatization process.
