GPA has grown parallel to the oil boom and thus accumulated rich experience in matters relating to the local, regional and international petroleum and petrochemical industries.

We commenced our legal services in the Eastern Province of the Kingdom, which is considered to be the backbone of the world’s oil production. Our practice encompasses the full range of corporate and regulatory matters affecting the petroleum sector, including trade, privatizations, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, environmental regulation, litigation and arbitration in both domestic and in international markets.

The Association has been active in both upstream and downstream projects including those relating to on-land and offshore pipelines, refining facilities, mobile offshore jack-up rigs and gas sales arrangements.
