Consequently, our bankruptcy practice has historically involved us in representing creditors, particularly major secured creditors and finance companies.

Our bankruptcy and creditors’ rights practice includes representation of debtors, trustees, indenture trustees, governmental agencies, local taxing authorities, institutional and trade creditors, secured creditors, buyers and sellers of distressed businesses.
