We analyze and document corporate and commercial loans, letters of credit, debt rescheduling and miscellaneous financing transactions involving banks and institutional lenders. Our attorneys are proficient in various types of project financing and delivery options as well as in the related issues of bidding documents, guarantees, credit enhancement and liens. The Association has proven its experience locating investment capital and in creating private investment companies, both domestically and offshore.

The Investment Management Practice, highly experienced in the field of international investments, provides counsel to a diverse group of clients in Saudi Arabia and internationally. The Division renders advice with respect to right types of investments vehicles, analyzes investment proposals for clients and explains the complications of financial, securities and derivatives markets around the world.
