Practicing law since 1985 in a partnership firm and his specialized field of areas are international trade, business law, corporate law, admiralty & maritime law, international contracts, commercial disputes, foreign investments, international real estate, joint ventures, arbitration and Sharia (Islamic) law

As Managing Partner he is engaged in a myriad of professional endeavors including legal research and review of the case matters, appearance before Sharia and Commercial Courts, including Committees and Labor Courts, depositions, negotiating sessions, client conferences, dispute resolution, drafting various types of contracts and agreements both in Arabic and English, in order to provide a first class legal service to the clients of the firm, which include large industrial, commercial, banking and other business organizations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and abroad in the matters of commercial dispute, litigation, joint venture, registration, liquidation, drafting contracts/agreements and the like. Represented clients in monitoring, coordinating and working with the U.S. law firms in matters of lawsuits filed in the U.S. courts.

Involved in legal consultancy services to Saudi citizens and businessmen who wish to invest in real estate business in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and overseas and also act as Attorney-in-fact representing Saudi individuals and companies in their overseas (mainly in Europe and the U.S.A.) investment/business ventures and opportunities.
