The Association is equipped and prepared to handle a wide variety of commercial transactions, including project development and financing; licensing, distributorship and agencies arrangements; franchising; outsourcing agreements; co-development agreements; and consulting contracts.

Strategic Alliances

We assist our clients in achieving their business goals by structuring relationships using corporations, partnerships, limited partnerships, limited liability companies, joint ventures, other entities and contractual arrangements as well as incorporating such entities under the prevalent laws and regulations. We also help them create and document a capital structure and appropriate governance arrangements among the investors. Protecting the interests of our client, whether it is a company, a venture capitalist, an institutional investor or another capital provider, remains the primary goal of our attorneys.
