Founder"s Message

The dawn of our Association can be traced back to the pre-boom period. In fact, we were in the forefront to welcome the economical prosperity which the Kingdom witnessed in the early seventies. Our efforts in regulating the relations between the economic entities which were engaged in various developmental activities highlight our contributions towards advancing the legal profession enabling it to play its role in the nation building

Since inception, our firm has been extending the complete range of professional legal services in compliance with the provisions of Islamic law as well as the locally applicable regulations while being guided by the principles of equity, justice and good conscience. We firmly believe that the success of an advocate does not depend merely upon his awareness of the provisions of Laws and Regulations, but depends as well upon his perception, discernment and comprehensive attention to details surrounding the affairs of the client enabling him to determine and protect the client’s interests in a cost effective manner. Accordingly, we resort to courts only after exhaustion of all possible efforts for amicable settlements. This has enriched our experience in the field of conciliation and arbitration.

I would like to avail for myself this opportunity to assure businessmen of the international community who have not had a chance to deal with the legal and judicial affairs in Sauid Arabia that the Kingdom has effective Regulations (Laws) which are to a greater extent identical to the laws applicable in other parts of the world.
